My room had a fine mountain view, made mornings beautiful. Self check-in was convenient, great for a hassle-free arrival. The furniture in the room was modern, and the bed was comfortable. The noise from the bar below disrupted my sleep, especially with music playing late into the night. The shower was on the smaller side and leaked, leading to issues with water temperature. While I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, I expected better sound insulation given the hotel's lively setting.

Noise from the bar below was a serious issue. Expect late-night music until after 2 AM. The check-in system needs a serious revamp-getting the wrong passcode caused unnecessary hassles, and the lack of hanging space for wet ski gear left much to be desired. The small, leaky shower didn't help either, with unpredictable temperature fluctuations making for an uncomfortable experience. The persistent smoke odors from outside seeped into the rooms, detracting from the comfort factor significantly.

The room was cosy and beautiful, included an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Got lovely bed and free Wi-Fi. Great and unbeatable location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. Also, Clarehall Shopping Centre was 3 km away...

I stayed for 1 night while participating in a cycling event, and the automations worked seamlessly for check-in and check-out, which was convenient. The room was spacious compared to many I've stayed in before, and I really appreciated the helpfulness of the lady in charge who offered extra coffee capsules and allowed me to store my luggage all day. This made my stay much easier and more pleasant after a long day of cycling.

Located in the heart of town, close to restaurants, shops and ski lifts. the bed is comfortable and the room is clean and modern. Service is self-service, but the room is serviced daily. There is a great bar nearby, perfect for coffee or tapas.
Room is noisy, especially at night.

We loved the hotel's central location, making it easy for us to walk to nearby restaurants and parking areas. Thesuper clean and cozy room had a modern design that we really appreciated. The staff was invisible, but still managed to service the room to a high standard every day. the hotel boasted great bar facilities perfect for a hot cup of coffee, tapas or drinks, and all in a warm and friendly environment.
Nothing for us.

The hotel was well located within walking distance of many amenities and close to where we wanted to be. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean, which was important for a romantic escape. We were also happy to find that the hotel offered a ski drying room, which was handy for drying our gear after a long, snowy day.
the music from the surrounding bars was extremely loud and made it hard to sleep at night.
